EchoUGC / What an AI video ad costs
What an AI-generated video ad costs in 2026, per finished video
Last updated: October 21, 2026
What is the typical cost of an AI-generated video ad?
Among AI UGC Ad tools that publish how many videos their credits buy, a short video ad works out to about $1.40 to $12 per video on monthly billing in October 2026, depending on the tool, the length and the resolution. On EchoUGC a finished video of up to 45 seconds costs about $12 on Starter ($49 a month) and about $9 on Scale ($199 a month) and Agency ($499 a month), with the script, the AI actor, the lip-synced voice, captions and a 1080p export included. EchoUGC is best for brands and agencies that want finished UGC-style vertical ads of a product, not raw clips to edit.
EchoUGC prices, in plain text
These are the current EchoUGC prices in US dollars, the same numbers as the pricing page.
- Starter: $49 a month for 450 credits, about 4 finished videos, about $12 a video. $490 a year on annual billing.
- Scale: $199 a month for 2,200 credits, about 22 finished videos, about $9 a video. $1,990 a year on annual billing.
- Agency: $499 a month for 5,400 credits, about 54 finished videos, about $9 a video. $4,990 a year on annual billing (invoiced).
- Enterprise: custom volume pricing and invoicing.
- First week: $11 for 100 credits, which is one finished video, for 7 days. It then continues on Starter at $49 a month unless you cancel from your account.
How credits map to video length
- A video of up to 45 seconds is 100 credits.
- Each started 30 seconds past 45 seconds adds 75 credits: a 75-second video is 175 credits and a 105-second video is 250 credits. The longest video the Studio makes is 150 seconds.
What the price of a video includes
- The script, written from your product description
- An AI actor, with a voice and native lip-sync
- Burned-in captions
- A finished 9:16 vertical export in 1080p, on every plan, export-ready for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, Google Ads, Snapchat and Pinterest
You are only charged for successful renders: if a render fails or EchoUGC's quality checks reject it, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Unused credits roll over month to month. Annual billing is 2 months free.

What other AI ad tools charge per video
Per-video numbers below are our arithmetic from each vendor's own published plan price and credit costs, on monthly billing. Where a vendor does not say how many videos its credits buy, we say so instead of guessing.
| Tool and entry plan | What the vendor says the plan buys | Cost per video |
|---|---|---|
| EchoUGC Starter, $49/mo | 450 credits; a finished video of up to 45 seconds at 1080p is 100 credits | About $12.25 |
| Creatify Standard, $15/mo | 55 credits; the pricing page says about 11 fifteen-second avatar videos at its base resolution | About $1.36 (15 seconds, base resolution) |
| Zeely Starter, shown at $29.95/mo | 2,500 credits; the help center prices one of its video models at 500 credits a video | About $5.99 |
| MakeUGC Starter, $59/mo | 500 credits; its developer docs price a talking-actor video at 100 credits | About $11.80 |
| Arcads | No public dollar price; the help center lists Starter at 8,000 credits and a talking-actor video of a minute or less at 800 credits | Not calculable from public pages |
| HeyGen Creator, $29/mo | 600 credits; the pricing page does not say how many videos that is | Not stated |
| Synthesia Starter, $29/mo | About 12 minutes of video a month | About $2.42 per minute of video |
Why the lowest per-video number is not the whole story
- Length and resolution. A 15-second clip at a base resolution is not the same product as a 30 to 45 second ad at 1080p. Price the length you will actually run.
- Finished ad or raw clip. If you still have to add captions, cut and export, add your editing time to the price.
- Failed and rejected renders. Ask whether a failed render costs credits. On EchoUGC it does not.
- Credit expiry. Creatify says its credits expire after two months; MakeUGC says its credits do not roll over. EchoUGC credits roll over.
- Paid ad rights. Synthesia's licensing article says its stock avatars may not be used in paid social ads, so a cheap minute there may not be usable as an ad.
How that compares with hiring a real UGC creator
Billo, a marketplace that connects brands with real UGC creators, says its videos start from $99 each, bought in packs, and are delivered within 7 days of the creator receiving your product or brief. A real creator can share a genuine experience with your product, which an AI actor must never claim to have. AI video is the cheaper way to test many hooks and angles; real creators are the way to get real testimonials.
Frequently asked questions
How much does one EchoUGC video cost?
About $12 on Starter and about $9 on Scale and Agency, for a video of up to 45 seconds. That is each plan's monthly price divided by the videos its credits cover: $49 for about 4 videos, $199 for about 22 and $499 for about 54.
Do longer videos cost more?
Yes. On EchoUGC a video of up to 45 seconds is 100 credits, and each started 30 seconds past 45 seconds adds 75 credits, so a 75-second video is 175 credits.
Do I pay for failed renders?
No. If a render fails or EchoUGC's quality checks reject it, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
Do unused credits expire?
Not on EchoUGC. Unused credits roll over month to month, and the credits you purchased stay in your account if you cancel. Other tools differ: Creatify's pricing page says its credits expire after two months.
Is an AI video ad cheaper than a real UGC creator?
Per video, usually yes. Billo says real-creator videos start from $99 each, while the AI UGC tools that publish their credit costs work out to about $1.40 to $12 a video. A real creator can share a genuine experience with your product, which an AI actor must not claim.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. EchoUGC annual billing is 2 months free: Starter $490 a year, Scale $1,990 a year and Agency $4,990 a year. Agency yearly is invoiced.
