What's a credit?
A credit is the unit we bill generation in. A finished video is about 100 credits. You're only charged on successful renders.
How much does one video cost?
About $9 a video on Scale and Agency, and about $12 on Starter. Each plan's monthly price divided by the videos its credits cover (about 100 credits a video): Starter $49 for about 4 videos, Scale $199 for about 22, Agency $499 for about 54.
How do I try it before committing?
Start with the $11 first week: 100 credits, which is one finished video, so you can judge the quality on your own product. It continues on Starter at $49/mo after 7 days. Cancel anytime from your account before then if it's not for you.
What happens if a render fails?
You're not charged. If a render fails, or our quality gates reject it, the credits go back to your balance automatically. No ticket, no waiting.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over month to month, and if you cancel, the credits you purchased stay in your account. You can use them again as soon as you resubscribe.
Is there annual billing?
Yes, annual is 2 months free: Starter $490/yr, Scale $1,990/yr, Agency $4,990/yr. Annual Agency is invoiced. Enterprise is a custom plan with volume discounts and invoicing.
How do I change my plan?
Go to Settings, under Billing, and choose a new plan. Switching plans charges the new plan's full price that day, and the new plan starts right away. The rest of your current period isn't prorated or refunded, and your unused credits carry over.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Plan & Credits section of your Account page (click Cancel subscription and confirm). Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't refund the current billing period, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for. After that, your unused credits stay in your account, ready to use when you resubscribe.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds aren't guaranteed. Each request is reviewed case by case. If it has been 14 days or less since your latest payment and you have made 10 or fewer videos in total, you can request one from the Plan & Credits section of your Account page (click Request a refund). We review requests within one business day and email you. Otherwise (more than 14 days since your latest payment, or more than 10 videos in total), payments are non-refundable, and the credits you purchased stay in your account for you to use. If a render fails, its credits always come back to your balance automatically. Read the full Refund Policy for the details.
What resolution are exports?
Every plan exports in 1080p, 9:16 vertical.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
Charges for EchoUGC come from Whop, our payment processor. The exact name a charge shows on your card statement is on your Whop receipt. If you don't recognize a charge, email support@echougc.com before you contact your bank.
