SMS Terms

1. The two programs

EchoUGC Account Alerts. Texts about your account: a video is ready, a render failed, or a payment failed. Message frequency varies with how you use EchoUGC.

EchoUGC Offers. Recurring marketing texts with offers and product news. Up to 4 messages per month.

Each program is separate and optional. You join a program only by checking its box in your EchoUGC account (the Text messages section of your Account page, or the "Text me when it's ready" prompt). Consent is not a condition of creating an account or of any purchase.

2. Cost

EchoUGC doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

3. Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also uncheck a program on your Account page at any time. Reply START to rejoin.

4. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enter. Account Alerts are available to US and Canada mobile numbers. Offers are available to US mobile numbers only.

5. Your number and your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the programs you joined. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging providers process your number only to deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, coverage or device.

7. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing in a program after a change means you accept the updated terms; you can leave at any time by replying STOP.
